About

Written by an aspiring artist, writer, and dreamer, Collision tells the story of a handful of young people as they interweave their paths with one another. In stories including love, heartbreak, growth, running, and facing your problems, Collision combines fantasy with tales told of a singular story line from the perspectives of a diverse cast of characters.

In the initial world of Collision, there are three “worlds”/”realms” where we see our main characters reside. Collision tells the story of the characters and their realms colliding in on each other and how even the slightest action can have a drastic impact.

Reality

Reality is the realm as we simply know it to be in the “real world.” It is where we have schools, technology, evolution, and people divulge themselves in the more trivial things. It is in this realm where we see the origins of characters Zumi and Koro, a couple of twins who find themselves separated by each finding a radical solution in an attempt to solve their shared family curse. Also in this realm reside their friends Mimi, a bubbly hopeless romantic, Kaz, a laidback athlete who has more love in his heart than air in his head, Kyoko, a striving engineer and dreamer, and Shawn, a shy bookworm. When their beloved twins friends run away from home from what they think is mysterious circumstances, the group must try and hold their friendship together as tightly as possible, and hope for the best as they await Zumi and Koro’s return.

Fantasy/Dream

Though never formally named, the Fantasy/Dream realm was made as a safe haven for outcasted humanoids who wield magic find sanctuary. The realm was originally created by the bloodline of Iris, the series’ main antagonist. She adds more unfortunate, cursed beings and magic wielders in this realm for unknown circumstances. Of these include runaway Prince Charles(or Chuck, as he likes to be called), former enslaved demonic warrior Daemon, and vigilante duo Fredrick and Ludwig from the Royal Realm. She also brings in lost, sudden turned mutant boy Rho into the mix, each enforcing to the boys they are in debt to her as she gave them a place to stay. Now, the boys must get along while also finding much needed solutions to their intertwined issues.

Royal

Also never formally given a proper name, the Royal realm homes characters Rillian, Shelly, their long time servant Samuel, and former Prince Charles’ long time butler, Caleb. Here, people deterred from the idea of evolving through technology, and instead evolved through magic and craft. Here, destined members of magic-wielding families arrange marriages into formal ceremonies where magical connections literally become linked eternally. Heartbroken over her fiancée Charles leaving her at the alter, Rillian must learn to manifest her own happiness with her new servant girl, who seems as stoic as ever. Her origins are only known to Rillian’s messenger and best friend, Iris.
